Description: |
One set of Navalock® MKIII-A consists of the following parts: |
- 1 x 6 mm (1/4”) thick locking bar (steel) for mounting on one of the inner door rods
- 1 x 6 mm (1/4”) thick locking bracket (steel) for mounting on the adjacent inner door rod with 2.0 mm shielding steel hasp.
- 1 x 12 mm (about1/2”) locking pin (tempered steel)
- 1 x locking bush (steel + ABS plastic sleeve) to secure the locking pin “C”
- 1 x 3 mm (1/8”) cable seal to connect the Navalock® MKIII-A to the right hand door’s handle
The seal number and logo are laser engraved on the ABS plastic sleeves of the locking bushes

| Technical Specification: |
- Navalock® MKIII-A locking range is for container or truck doors with a maximum pitch of the inner door locking rods of 365 mm = 14 and 3/8 inch (center to center, ± 2 mm = ~ 1/16"). Extra long bars are available by special order, minimum quantities/order apply.
- Main components of the Navalock® MKIII-A are made of 6 mm (~ 1/4") thick steel plate, which is nearly double to triple that of container or truck panels or roof structure and exceed the dimensions of most of the door’s locking fittings.
- The Navalock® MKIII-A is packed 10 sets/carton box. The total weight per set of standard length is ~ 1.35 kg (~ 3.0 lb) and per carton weight is ~ 14.0 kg (~ 30 lb).
- The cable seal of the Navalock® MKIII-A is available with a Memory Button (2 Kb, Mil. Spec.) for uploading and downloading of encrypted data, such as the B/L, Packing List, Container Seal Number, port of loading, etc.- up to ten A-4 pages of data, which can be relayed via a contact reader and wireless transmitter to any destination. Reliable and useful to comply with latest US Customs 24 hour manifest rule.
