Description: |
One set of Navalock® MKII-B consists of the following parts: |
- 2 x 6 mm (1/4”) thick brackets (steel) for mounting of the locking bar “B”
- 1 x 9 mm (3/8”) thick locking bar (steel) to unite the door rods through the brackets “A”
- 1 x 14 mm (9/16”) locking pin (tempered steel) to secure the locking bar “B”
- 1 locking bush (steel+ABS plastic sleeve) to secure the locking pin “C”
- 2 x 5 mm (7/32”) thick bracket spacers (steel) to prevent easy cutting of brackets “A” by double lever shears and or other hand operated tools.
The seal number and logo are laser engraved on the ABS plastic sleeves “D”

- Navalock® MKII-B locking range is for container or truck doors with a maximum pitch of the inner door locking rods of 365 mm = 14 and 3/8 inch (center to center, ± 2 mm = ~ 1/16"). Extra long bars are available by special order, minimum quantities/order apply.
- Main components of the Navalock® MKII-B are made of 5, 6 & 9 mm (~ 3/16" - 3/8") thick steel plate, which is nearly double to triple that of container or truck panels or roof structure and exceed the dimensions of most of the door’s locking fittings.
- The Navalock® MKII-B is packed in carton boxes of L 500 x W 200 x H 110 mm (~ L 20” x W 8” x H 4 7/16”) containing six sets each. The total weight per set of standard length is ~ 2.0 kg (~ 4.5 lb) and per carton weight is ~ 13.0 kg (~ 28.5 lb).
- The cable seal of the Navalock® MKII-B is available with a Memory Button (2 Kb, Mil. Spec.) for uploading and downloading of encrypted data, such as the B/L, Packing List, Container Seal Number, port of loading, etc.- up to ten A-4 pages of data, which can be relayed via a contact reader and wireless transmitter to any destination. Reliable and useful to comply with latest US Customs 24 hour manifest rule.

The Navalock® MKII-B is a High Security (“H” grade) seal as specified by ISO/PAS 17712 and is C-TPAT compliant.
