General description of NAVALINK C-40 positive locking cable seals: |
||
| The NAVALINK C-40 are High Security Cable Seals primarily for “door to door” application on containers and trucks. The locking mechanism of these seals is of unique and original design, not found on any other make of cable seals. It consists of a steel locking spring of intricate claw like shape which is located inside of an all steel locking bush. The claw like locking spring engages into a circumferential groove machined in the locking pin, gripping and securing it firmly. All the elements of the locking mechanism are made of steel, providing ultimate strength and hindering tampering before and after the seal’s application. The locking bush and the crimping on the steel stopper and the locking pin are all coated by virgin ABS plastic. The cable itself is Non Preformed Cable (NPC) which “blooms” when cut. Tampering with NAVALINK C-40 High Security Cable Seals is virtually impossible for intruders and also deters “insider” collaboration in cargo theft and/or other wrongdoing. | ||
