General description of NAVALINK C-03 pull through cable seals: |

| The NAVALINK C-03 are Security Cable Seals primarily for general sealing applications. The locking mechanism of these seals is of unique and original design. It consists of a steel locking spring and assorted parts which are located inside of an all metal seal body covered in plastic. The mechanism engages the cable, gripping and securing it firmly. Most of the elements of the locking mechanism are made of metal and encapsulated in virgin ABS plastic, providing ultimate strength and hindering tampering before and after the seal’s application. The cable itself is Non Preformed Cable (NPC) which “blooms” when cut. Tampering with NAVALINK C-03 Security Cable Seals is virtually impossible for intruders and also deters “insider” collaboration in cargo theft and/or other wrongdoing. | ||

The NAVALINK C-03 are Security Cable Seals with a fixed length of cable and a Pull Through System which cannot be manipulated to be released and reused. It consists of a cable and integral seal body. The metal core of the seal body is encapsulated in virgin ABS plastic. Six digit consecutive seal numbers and logo are laser engraved on the surface of the locking body. The multi strand NPC aircraft control steel cable is 2.8 mm (~ 0.118”). Tensile load is over 346 KG (~ 764 lb). Standard length overall is 150-200 mm (~ 6-8”). This seal is intended for general sealing applications. Available in various colors. Bar coding is optional. Other lengths available. Embossed logo possible. |
